2026 Northwoods @ Coulwood Tag Application Form

An annual resident membership is $270 and $25 per tag.
There is a limit of 1 tag per home.

Note: Pool tags will be mailed to all property owners that have paid their pool dues, have no past due balance and have submitted the below form.

We must have your emergency contact information on file and payment prior to releasing tags.
Please allow 10 business days for the application and payment to be processed and for tags to be mailed.

Please limit your request for tags to the actual number of permanent residents who live at the Northwoods address. Tags will only be issued to members ages 15 and up.

Although tags will not be issued to children under 15, please include their names too.

Members must live IN the household of the tag holder. Tag holder is either the homeowner or authorized tenant.
